But what INEC has said through its spokesman today is that it would be card reader all through.That even where there are reports of proven failure which it says was even just about 0.5% at d presidential), elections would be suspended in that polling unit and d card reader replaced.Furthermore,even if d replacement cannot be done same day,d electorate would have to come back d next day and continue with a functioning scr.
In otherwords, there won't be a resort to use of d manual register under any circumstances because it has solved d issue of d little hiccups experienced in some centres besides d fact that d scr were functional in up to 99% of polling units.

Not sure about those politician inducing inec officials to resort to manual accreditation

ogbeni shush. i am not seeing that solar hospital that fashola built. maybe its in your backyard. but he tried in his first term. but this term? he tried to dispose of all the okada guys. and he told them at his campaign for ambode; when they booed him, he told them that they don't need the vote of the okada riders but guess what okada riders vote too and they just lost majority of their votes.

He wasn't specific about that but from my own understanding and inferring from what he said, there must be proven reasons y a scr would be reported as having failed because d scr reader itself has been found to be highly functional.Where proven,elections there wud b suspended and d proven defective scr replaced same day or d next.
He was almost categorical in saying its scr all through and all issues with d particular network that had failed card readers has been sorted out.
Maybe this position would b made public as d days tick down for d INEC PO that said he hasnt heard anything like that.

Nasal decamped to the APC and its d flagbearer if am not mistaken, after Babangida Aliu denied him d PDP guber ticket.
Its his decamping that started d bitter dispute btw them when aliu even had to handover to d speaker instead of nasal when he went for haji.

That's d same way the PDP stated it would win in 24 states of d federation at d presidential polls,when all proper polls said otherwise, now muazu has continued that deception instead of dem strategizing on how not to lose more States.
For muazu's information PDP would lose d ff states it controls:

-Niger (GMB + nasko popularity + APC sweeping d state.Besides d okpolo eyed one has been poor).
-Benue (suswam virtually destroyed PDP there with his inbred cluelessness + anointed an unpopular candidate,Benue indigenes would rather burn d state than have a suswam stooge as d next governor)
-Kaduna( El rufai riding on GMB + poor performance of gov Yero
- Jigawa (trouncing of PDP there will continue)
-Kebbi (Dakingari's popularity and influence has waned greatly,having lost also for a Senate seat)
-Katsina (GMB more like a god there now and his party's candidate cannot be rigged out,unlike in 2011)
Adamawa (Ribadu's method of emergence,strong showing of APC)
Abia is too close to call btw PDP and APGA
Rivers too might see a shocker because INEC has said it wud b card reader all through,that if it fails,voters shud return d next day.
