Re: Do You Still Remember This (picture) by Emmanuel602(m): 8:56am On Apr 05, 2015
Lol I can still remember when my dad bought his own. It was quite expensive then.
He could not afford a cell phone so he will always go To a neighbour who has a phone but don't have the sim to make call..
The neighbour will run to our house too when he wants to make call because he doesn't have sim.. It was very funny then.

You can imagine how mtn stole from Nigerians, now a SIM card is not even worth 100N
Re: Do You Still Remember This (picture) by Nobody: 8:56am On Apr 05, 2015
I still remember then when my mum bought an alcatel for 28k with MTN simpack for 32k. I can still recall one 'big' man in our neighbourhood ,who was three houses away, shouting like he was being lynched, wen making a phone call. Then it was called GSM. Some igbo huzlas introduced GSM ice cream. Then I was in pry 3. Like if u remember what I'm talking about n share if u ate dat ice cream

You are clearly an Indomie Generation member (not like I care what that means!). Indomie was in the market a little less than 10 years before this. You probably don't know coz..lol

Chai, Dairis God oooooo. MTN Sim Pack. I bought this for #29,500 and it was a promo for yellow yellow Christmas in December 2013. It was supposed to be #29,000 but paid #500 for the number because 2 different numbers appeared 2ce. The era when you flashed a friend and if he/she picked it na #50, you go nearly cry sometimes. We thank God for the liberation from Glo per second billing in 2004.

Oh my goodness! I bought mine for 12k then. I was earning 4k a computer operator. It took three months savings to get the sim.

Let me assume that the pack was sold for 11.8k cos the sim is now sold for 0.2k.
