Some Nigerians, especially those that are beclouded by ethno-religious sentiment are the worst sadists of the human specie. If the opinion of people on nairaland is a true reflection of the average Nigerian then we have no business being together as an entity. Ordinarily, one would take for granted that the situation surrounding the elections, the speculations and predictions of doom for Nigeria and the noble and exemplary behaviour of president Jonathan prior, during and after the elections in which, against all expectations, he conceded defeat and congratulated Buhari his rival would call for sober reflection by all Nigerians yet some Neanderthals are here saying all sorts of rubbish against his personality. If they condemned him because they want to win the election then its quite understandable but to continue in doing so now despite his statesman attitude that saved Nigeria from cataclysm is nothing but the height of inhuman wickedness. If we desire for Nigeria to be great, then we should know when to draw the curtain and commend good because others will take lessons from it.
