it means the package has been brought to your address but could not be deliverred.on the said day because eitheryou were not arround or the fact that you have been colecting prcel from your post office before and they decided not to xall you because they know that is not your first parcel.in other words ,go to your post offivlce as your item is available.fo collection.

you can split the goods into two, meaning 25kg each and send through china post.

yes for china post, I know the maximum kg allowed to live china in one package is 30kg.
