I stay in an apartment, I had issues with the


landlord but we have settled the issue buh I want to leave the place! Can I still get my money back? I paid march 1st and my rent is supposed to expire next year march?

No, he can't put anybody there...Only you can put another person there until next year march..

FP things.

You have to put somebody there. That is subleasing the place to another tenant. Most Tenancy Agreement provide that this should be done with the consent of the Landlord with a proviso that such consent will not be unreasonably withheld by the Landlord. Inform your landlord of your desire to sublease to avoid further misunderstanding.

ooky thanks! But what If don't get somebodi? I can arrange with the landlord to put somebodi and give me my cut?
