Not doing the boiled egg thingy today as I don't want to exceed my 4 a week.

A banana, cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes plus 500ml of water. Already gone for my 1hr 20 mins jogging and 40 mins cardio exercises in my back garden.

@ Babyosisi I doubt you would have ate as much as I did. I have been a GLUTTON ALL DAY. 3 plates of Jollof Rice, fried chicken, Suya, 2 cans of Dr Pepper, Egusi Soup & all sorts, all in one day, say na Easter I dey do. My estimate so far is a Minimum of 5,000 Calories...
