Sometimes issues of serious threats start like a joke. The monarch has cracked the most expensive joke. Had it been jokes of the insulgents of the northeast was given serious reaction and attention by the government we couldn't have battled boko haram for years. People often speak out their intentions, we shouldn't presume all arguments are for a joke.
