Come off it dear... there's a huge difference between these two words... Lusting only brings feeling of sexual desire to d mind at DAT point, but wen u r in love, gosh.....ur tots at DAT point is beyond sex bro..

Mind u, guys in love don't rush helplessly to woo a lady, they take their time to learn a few tins about her before taking d next step which then leads to growing in love.....

Love at first sight is nothing but an immediate infatuation mixed with an element of either lust or desire to possess as well, whether consciously or subconsciously. The love for a person of opposite sex is a multi-dimensional emotion that needs hell of a lot more than just a first sight or meet to kick in.

You can not truly love someone until you know them. There is lust at first sight where you become obsessed with someones looks and sometimes that becomes love but there is no such thing as love at first sight.

You can't love someone at first sight because love is on the inside and you can't see into someone's inner depths in one glance. That saying is totally superficial and it clashes with you can't judge a book by its cover.

What people misconstrue for love at first sight is just that attraction that gives one the kick to further know the person inside. And believe me if the inside is not as charming as the outside of this person you think you love at sighting them for the first time, that "love" wanes off drastically.

You can not love someone until you know them inside. A practical example is claiming you love iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or other gadgets without having felt it usage and features.

The only love at first sight is the love of a mother. Once a baby is born the mom loves him/her at a first glance. Liking or lusting is different from love.

In today's world - a make believe, where people are moved by what they see (money, looks, boobs, ass, 6packs, cars etc) I strongly doubt the love at first sight believe exist. Love at first sight to me is a myth. And if at all it's a reality it happens 0.3% of the time.

I totally agree with you Ronald, I think what people experience is attraction at first sight and not love.
Love is way deeper than what people think.

Love is different with everyone because we are all different! You can't describe true love for anyone! Everyone's experience of loving or being in love is totally unique. Because we are all unique! There are no hard and fast rules in love. Sometimes love at first sight is true. Sometimes it's not. Sometimes you really love someone you've dated for 10 years. Sometimes you don't.
Stranger things have happened unexpectedly when it comes to visual and hormonal attraction. Nature can fart on your common senses sometimes. That can happen to the best of us. But, fate can perform those unexplainable little miracles to a lucky few.
I am sure there are many people out there who will tell you that love at first sight is true and they have been married for many years.

I agree! But! It depends on what is your concept of love.

Per Theological or biblical concept of love, we all should be loving people at first sight; sans personality, character, temperament. Definitely a Gold standard for love that we humans are unable to abide by.

Imagine if G-d loved the world with regards to personality, character and temperament?. Will there even be a world to speak of any longer ?

Albeit, that day is coming eventually when G-d decides HE has had enough of our ill mannered behavior etc.

Thank G-d for Christ whom has provided coverage for my rotten personality, character and temperament; my alibi on that day. cheesy
