oh, my bad, fill the form then get a coupon number and try and get a relative that resides or a friend in the states,

Gossshhh.I just took the First step to the US for undergraduate studies..Paid the toefl fee of 37,000k yesternight.. Walspring i see you.Thanks God bless..Our Testimony would be dropped here by God's grace.So Help me God

No. If anything, it could show the VO u got no plans to hit the streets if granted Visa.

But its a risky business because one might not be granted Visa and the deposit/enrollment fee(as the case may be) may be forfeited cause most schools have a 'no refund' policy regarding payments.

You had better ask for their refund policy before you pay a dime. Paying the whole tuition doesn't guarantee you a visa. The embassy doesn't frown at it but they advice you not to make any deposit till you get your visa.

If really the money had been deducted, you should have received instant confirmation (which would have been the page that appears when the payment is successful). Alternatively, the confirmation page is sent to the email box you registered with showing the details of when and where you'll be writing the exam.

Your case is really a peculiar one.

I know it is for SEVIS fee,what I'm saying is that can one fill the coupon and later go to cotonou and make the payment? Or can one just ignore the coupon and go to Cotonou and pay?Someone told me I don't have to fill out any coupon if I wanted to pay at Cotonou,pls bro highlight on this!

Contact paypal and they will contact ETS and settle it for you.. Remember to mention the case id or number so that they can refer to it

I recently discovered that most schools are adopting the deposit style before I-20 and Vos don't encourage peeps to do it.

There is a reason behind this deposit issue now because of their past experience

Lol... Sounds funny but contact waec them via phone but they suppose to give you tracking number for you to track it

Maybe when you call them and they tell you that they send it via post office (regular mail) after you paid for courier fee,how will you feel
