They are given based on which state contributes revenue to the country.and u should know that almost 85 to 90% of the country is run on our CRUDE OIL And Akwa ibom has the highest number of oil well. Infact even the money allocated to lagos and the north is from their oil wells so it can't change, it has by how much revenue u deliver to the nation. So am waiting for ur answer.
