you owe omenka an appology, the guy is 10 times smarter than you. according to the Op desmod elliot was sharing money but what we can see in the pics is probably desmond elliot holding something that looks like a paper probably money but we didnt see where he handed it to any of the policemen

(2) And if truly he had money in his hands, was his hands stretched forward in the direction of any of the Policemen?

(3) And if he was truly handing out money to Police officers of the Law, shouldn't they be the ones rejecting and penalizing the situation as an offence against a uniformed officer as a case of Bribery?
