customized13:Umuokahia community council hall, in Obingwa. St. Patrick's school, in umuokahia. People were not allowed to vote if not PDP. Umuola civic hall, was a case of snatched Ballot boxes in the 11 polling units. All the polling unit in Umuafor still in Obingwa allowed non accredited voters to vote. customized13:Election didn't hold in these LGA'a. PDP's thug were chasing people with guns, cutlass and some other weapons. There was no polling units as it were. Inec will ask for polling units specifically, this is about the entire lga not just some units. |
