labour s gradually setting in. Between ur last anc and nw, i m sure there must hv bn some engagement. D walks u re taking is fine. Just hv ur bags close to d door or better still, in d booth.If d pain gets stronger rush to hsptl.Wish u d best

eyah.. just seeing this. don't know if it's too late but here's how I prepare mine:
ingredients: beans, fresh pepper (rodo), locust bean (Iru), palm oil, salt, seasoning, pomo, beef, dry fish, assorted meat, onions.
method: wash beans like u would for moi moi or akara, put d beans in a pressure pot & add fresh pepper, onions & iru, put water to cover to a certain extent & leave to cook for about 15mins or until d pot starts whistling for a while. Meanwhile, u would av cooked ur beef properly wt seasoning. remove d beans d from d pressure pot and pour into d blender and blend to a smooth paste. pour d beans paste into a pot, add palm oil, dry fish, pomo, assorted meat (optional), meat stock, remainin iru (if u like seein some whole) and seasoning then bring to a boil till all d other ingredients are well cooked. add d beef, leave for a few mins then it's ready!

In fact, few days ago I didn't feel my baby's movement at all and I was saying it to DH that baby hasn't moved oo and the devil almost brought fears to my heart, I immediately remembered God's words, 'I will not cast my young or miscarry and the number of days I will fulfil"....I kept declaring, not long, my baby did a somersault...and I laughed..it's gettting into winter where I am, and everyone's getting flu and all, but I'm so healthy....though I also eat right(Oranges for Vit c) 'cos I told God I do not want a big bump, or fall ill....I'm 24 weeks going on 25

Its recomended to use powder till baby is 6-12months cos most react to lotions and cream. I didn't use any lotion nor cream, I ve always used powder and their skin is just fine. I start using lotion from 1yr.

I use powder made from corn starch. I don't pour it directly on baby. I pour on my palm then rub on LO.

Doctor gave me anti malaria drug March 14th and I took it, April 11 I was another anti malaria drug after I test positive to malaria again, but I took it a week later, please mamas, hope it is not too much and hope it wont have any -tive effect on me n Lo (am in my second trimester). Thanks

I usually start off with nycil then switch at about 5 or 6mths. If u mean the baby the chicco oil,then I can tell u it's very OK including the powder set. As per the labour things,when it starts nobody will tell u, u will surely know but we're getting there gradually.
