As you prepare to take the Sterling Call Test today, here are a few tips you need to know before the test commences.

1. Portal opens 6am 18th April 2015. Access the Portal here

2. You must request for a NEW PASSWORD before starting the Test. Click Request for your access now link to reset your password.

3. Login details accepts mobile number or email address only (NOT BOTH).

4. All emails can receive the password reset email, some mail address may deliver in the SPAM or JUNK mail box.

5. If a you generates a password be patient to receive the email as it take minimum of 1 minute to arrive your mailbox. If you generate twice, ONLY the second or most recent password will work.

6. Candidates with special or official emails who have not receive their password within 10 minutes due to of mailbox policies can seek SUPPORT from the website LIVECHAT or CALL our Customer Care lines.

7. Request to change or update of email or mobile or name is NOT allowed.
