for an elder to get his/her respect, he/she needs to play d role dat is required of him/her. Take for instance, how will an elder in person of Pastor, Alfa, teacher,doctor etc decides to defile a child or aid in arm robbery deserve respect So u can see there is more for one to be call elder because people will always look up to dat person
