Filled the form, was sent a confirmation mail after 20minutes, which I was instructed to upload my cv. I opened the link, attached my cv and uploaded. CV was successfully uploaded.

u dont need to convert. just open the word document and save as PDF

procedure
open the cv as word document
click on file
click on save as
then select where u want to save
and select the format
click save cool

if you're using MS Word 2007 or above, choose the 'Save As" button, put in a file name, and under "Save as type:", navigate to PDF

Choose ur file and click upload. U won't be sent a confirmation mail for the cv, u will get something like"Upload Successful". Make sure u follow the name instruction.
