@ justwisw thank you for. Your reply. she hold British passport. We got it for her when she was few months log

Ok that makes it a lot easier, you apply for family visit visa though you need an invitation letter from her daddy, proof of accommodation and his bank statement/payslips.

You also need to present your business documents, bank statement and any other properties you have.

Hello All. I am in the process of applying for a Business Visitor Visa for a training in the UK to be fully sponsored by my company. I have the letter stating this from the company and also a letter of invitation from the Training Facility in the UK. My only concern is that my personal fund is just about 100k as I just started working in the company a few weeks ago. I was wondering if this will affect the outcome of the visa in any way.
Btw, the company will not put in their statement of account as its against the Company Policy.

What is your salary range?

Thanks for your response Justwise. It is within the 200k band after tax - I intend to submit my application before this week runs out as the training is slated for 2nd week in May. This means the statement I will submit will not have my salary for this month included.

Hello,

I applied for a Family visit visa last year and was denied. I was never told I had to explain my bank statement until after the denial. I was also informed that I was denied because I'm single and there is nothing tying me here.

I am about to apply for another Family visit visa as my sister is pregnant and I want to see if I can leverage on that. I have a paid employment with a salary of 107,920 net. But I also have a law firm which I actively run as a private practice. I do not have any tax documents. Is it okay if I submit my Certificate of Registration of the business and Practicing Fees receipt for this Legal year as proof that I have no intention of disappearing?

I also intend to submit my sister's Maternity Certificate. Will all of these suffice?

June is the right time to apply if you are resuming September.

Are you going for masters or undergraduate?

Since your company is picking all the bills submit your salary account the way it's and your payslip, don't make any attempt to move money into it.

Then that is ok though avoid referring him as your partner/husband in the form. Also state clearly who will be sponsoring the trip

What has changed from the last time you applied and now? I mean in terms of finance, property/business, single / married?

If you are going for Msc then your chances of working part time within that period to save £7000 is as good as Boko Haram making it to heaven

Just in case you don't get that....I'm basically saying that it's practically impossible for you to save £7000 working par time within the period you have.

Hello Justwise, I am back again.

I registered a company in 2012 and I paid the POL Fee this year that covers from 2012-1014,as i didn't commence business until Dec 24th last year.
I have a day job as well but from time to time, payment for my goods or services is paid into my salary account.
I supply wedding souvenirs and corporate gifts.
I will not have a TCC until end of this year or early next year, for all the payments I have received from December and this year.
Payments for my good or services does not stay in my personal account. I always end up withdrawing it to purchase items or pay into my company account Which shows in my account debits.
All of this payments I have invoices for.

My question is, is it Ok to submit just my POL TCC, since that's the only tax clearance I have for my company?
The money for the trip is also not funded from my company account but from my salary account.
The only reason I am bringing my company into the 'equation' is because of some of the credits '(and debits) that occurs in the account which I have to explain the source.

Hi. Not much has changed except the fact that I make a little more financially. Also, I rented a new apartment in October 2014 but although I paid for Legal fees, my landlord is yet to provide me neither the Tenancy Agreement nor my receipt of payment.

What is "intro letter"?
What she needs is a letter authorising her leave and stating that she will return to her job after the visit.

Not on it's own. The UK embassy are quite aware that Nigerians will leave behind family to gain entry.
You need letter from employer or other things as well.
