bros if u are a political science or law graduate and other related fields u will know that osinbanjo cant approach the seat of sworn in if case buhari is been disqualified.
Buhari disqualification will automatically render his position useless.

The constitution is clear. If anything happens to Buhari under any guise. Osinbajo will be sworn in. Buhari and Osinbajo were elected. If anything happens to Buhari it doesn't not change the fact that Osinbajo is the Vice President-elect.

Osibanjo already have the Mandate(a command or authorization to act in a particular way on a public issue given by the electorate to its representative). He has been voted as Vice-President Elect. Whether or not Buhari is disqualified, he is the Vice-President elect, Nothing can changed that.

You guys need to understand there are two separate positions
President and Vice-President. Both are elected. Though joint Ticket they are independent of each other.
Another point is this, On the ballot you voted for parties not individuals

Today will be a "hot" day in Naija. The police would have to be on high alert to forestall a break down of law and order in the North if Buhari is disqualified.
