pls I need a simplified guidelines on how to root HTC VIVID.
pls is it.possible to upgrade HTC VIVID from ICS to Jellybean or kitkat? if yes pls how.

yes it's possible only if u are s-off u av unlocked your bootloader.

if u r s-off then dat gud, to unlock yr bootloader u will need a pc with internet connection, usb and your phone. just enter this site htcdev.com. if u dnt undastnd the site u can google how to unlock htc device bootloader through htcdev.com.

I tried it but I can complete it due to poor network at my location, no 3G network at my location that's y I asked on how to do it without internet connection. Tanx

I rooted mine without unlocking the bootloader first. I used iroot.apk to root it.
