I would say that Goodluck's admin was spoilt because of high level and rate of corruption. secondly, the mortality rate (boko guys) and the issue of chibok.
but let us not also forget the good he has done in less than six years.
obasanjo was not able to fix the lagos ore road and the east west road in 8yrs, goodluck did it.
he commissioned some power stations of which one is in kogi state.
he improved d power station in lagos
he gave lots of youth scorlarship
he did free workshop training for many youth and gave them capital
he gave northerners and less privileged free education
he listened to ASUU and medicals and solved d issue permanently.

Seeing the endless batches of redundant campaign posters and banners that deface walls along the roadways has been a thing of concern since after the election.
