Trust me when i say it does! I don't mind listening to music all day...I'm a music lover and listening to it helps me in every ways..

So true. Crying sure allows you to rid your mind of its pain as music stops you from thinking about it, with no distraction. I don't cry anyway, I pass the brunt to my pen and pour out all the hurt. It relieves. Writing.

When I hurt it run it's full course.

When I talk with people it helps but the major help I give to myself is analyse what caused my hurting and devise a way of developing a thick skin.

Truth is I don't get hurt...surprised? It's called emotional balance..... And if you don't wanna get hurt don't attach feelings to whatever your partner do or anybody does,hard? u might do the easy one then "Don't involve your heart in a Relationship"

When I get hurt I cry and let it off my chest. I don't like to cry in front of anyone (though I did it once in front of my sister). Normally I cry, wash my face and you won't know anything happened.

Another thing is writing. I write everything am feeling at that time and then I burn the piece of paper.

So it's crying or writing (both in privacy)
