Actually, we met in church. We were both in the drama unit. He was the hawtest dude, the funniest, kindest and filled with the Holy Ghost. Sharp sharp I watched and prayed him into my life and never let go. Hehehe.

Now, come May 16, we will go back to that same church to wed.

LOL. I don't mean to start an argument cos my friends here have admonished me to stop arguing LOL.

But, there's a LOT you don't get. Yes, loving God passionately MAKES you a great husband material.

Firstly, if you love God, you want to ALWAYS please Him. The bible is detailed and clear in how a man should treat his wife. From romance, to tolerance, to infidelity...the list is extensive. When we had our premarital counseling, I was so shocked at what was hidden in the book.

Secondly, every time I ask my fiancé, sweetie, why are you so different? I mean I hear stories and you are so different. He says, because I strive to be like Jesus. He listens and ALWAYS strives to conduct his affairs according to how he believes God demands.

This man, I have never complained about something twice with him.(okay, that's an exaggeration). But, I have ABSOLUTE peace with him. No stress, no worries. You see how we look in those pics? We have both past our 20's.

No, I am not saying we both don't have weaknesses, but we are so happy and at peace with each other that we find it hard noticing the weaknesses. In fact, whenever we upset each other, and in the process of trashing it out, he says, I have to pray about this attitude of yours. LOL. And he does, and we see constant change.

So, once again I repeat, the most fulfilling kind or relationship is the one where God is at the center. I'm typing from experience.

The list is endless, for the fact that a man loves God, quote bible verses, say the right thing and speak in tongues does not make him a good husband. People use church and bible as a cover-up, yes they fear God in church and around you but what they get up to in private is another story.
