I just bought an Infinix Joypad 8s but forgot my pattern lock which made me to attempt resetting. In the process of starting the pad with power button and low volume button, it opened ALSPS test. But the phone now displays:

ALSPS stage 1 PASS
ALSPS stage 2 PASS

But underneath Test Fail! System Fail!

Please, how could I resolve this?

. dat fault is not frm infinix buh d user, u shudnt do a firmware update on a rooted fone.u gat to unroot it first else ur fone wud be bricked

it uses both micro and normal Sim, 1 micro. 1 standard

My infinix x507 hot phone keeps projecting the response: INSUFFICIENT MEMORY, if I try to download a File.
My DEFAUT WRITE DISK is set to PHONE Memory. The storage info shows there's much space available.

The truth of the matter is that, no matter where you set the
default write disk to be, as long as there is an SD card, it will
download on it automatically, except you unmount the SD
card. . that's what I do.

Make sure you have SuperUser
app installed. I would recommend
downloading from Google play store.
If you do not have it on your android
phone, ==> Launch the SuperUser app, tap on the Options button and Tap on Settings. ==> Under settings, tap on Un-root
and you should get a prompt to
download SuperCleaner. Choose to
download the app and wait till the
download is complete and then
choose to install. ==> Navigate back to the SuperUser
app and navigate to the un-root
option under settings from the
SuperUser app. The SuperCleaner app
should be launched and you should
automatically be taken to the more tools page. ==> Tap on the Un-root tool and choose to grant. You should get a
notification stating Superuser app will
be cleaned and your phone will be
un-root. If you still want to unroot,
tap on Un-root and you should get a
notification stating un-root successful. ==> Reboot (Restart) your android.
Another simple method to un-rooting
an android device is by simply re-
installing it’s stock ROM but then, that
could be time consuming if you do
not have the stock file already
installed on your computer....And wether d new one is rootable dat i dnt know but i guess it should be

bro the phone's battery is horrible. went from 55% to 33% afta just 30 minutes of browsing and WhatsApp...mine is barely a week old....do u experience such with ur battery.how can I increase battery performance if possible... I'm beginning to regret buying d phone...d battery is a no no for me

the battery is very very good. what do you use to charge it? mine lasts when I charge with light but doesn't last with power bank or laptop.

also, apps like simple server kill battery very fast, especially when joined with Uc browser

I can watch movies for an hour and half and lose only 10%

wahala ti shele o!! I flashed CWM into my infinix hot and now the software update is no installing. it just complins of certificate ish on CWM Recovery. Help!

Please help my phone was unable to continue the update for the past three days. Below is the progress and av used different network for it. Thanks.
