The criteria they are going to use for final selection is ''only your interview performance". The test score only qualified u for PFT, ur PFT score only qualified u for interview, Ur interview performance only, will qualify u for APL. I hope dis helps

A frnd of mine applied..... he did his interview before the pft...... he even travelled bt they sent him a text to come back and do his pft.... wen he asked they said its a function of the final score

This sounds implausible. We all did PFT before we were selected for interview. So how exactly is your friend's case different?

This story still sounds fallacious oga. How can someone who fainted be called for interview?? The fact he fainted should have already disqualified him as being unfit na. What criteria were used in Abuja centre? It is surely different from the ones done in other centres. This sounds dubious, if it indeed happened. It will mean some hanky-panky is at play here.

Did u by any chance stumbled or accidentally or privileged or graced to see the recording sheet during ur interview or somewhere more private... if u do u wouldn't drop this comment and asked if it help....


Sorry to burst ur bubble everything on that interview sheets contained columns for virtually everything u did during this recruitment process starting from ur text scores, to pft and ur timing during ur pft, and ur dress codes and ur grammars which is ur comportment during the interview and ur height to medical reports all of them are on that sheet with ur name written..... so don't say what u don't know young man.....



Your efforts from scratch are in there...... with the total score column at the end....

I can confirm @3poundz story about the guy that fainted in Abuja centre,I recall he was there till the end of the PFT and he came the next day (interview) but I can't tell if he was interviewed and on whether he was asked to come back for PFT I can't say either. But the collapsing event ocurred.

For when FAAN will finally release the least I must say patience is key here.

On my interview day after our group were through,one of the interviewer wished us luck and said and I quote "Go home,make sure your phones and internet are on.FAAN is going to reach to you,FAAN is does not want to recruit in 1year or 6months or 3months,but they are going to reach you soon". From what he said then I think it might take a little time but not up to 3months before appointments come. But I still keep in touch with other interviewees to atleast get any kind of info I can lay my ears on. #teamAbuja

Gradually the Appointment letter can be likened to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Nobody knows the day or hour, it will come like a thief in the nite. All the top FAAN staff i contact are saying the same thing I.e the list has been compiled and sent to the ministry, the ministry has taken over, u will soon be called, arrangements are being made for logistics and training etc. One thing is certain, our patience is being tested and our resolve must remain strong. That's is why I am using this opportunity to call upon the babes in the house who have personal contacts to the director, permanent secretary or minister of aviation to prevail upon dis top men in order to hasten the whole process. Even if you know a friend that knows someone that is close to the above cited senior ministry officials please no effort is to small. We are ready to resume training from home, we don't need much logistics. Just give us the AP letters so we can sign as staff of FAAN before Sai Baba resumes office. Let us know our fate so we can move on with our various lives. Justify the saying what a man can do a woman can do better.

Organizations do result verification after Issuing of APL. This is usually done during the probation period b4 confirmation of appointment. Considering the number of people to be employed(let's put the figure at 750) verification can take "nothing less than" 3months...it can take as much as 6months. I strongly disagree with the fake result/ fake result delay info. probe your source.

over irregularities associated with his

grants worth N1 billion respectively.

Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN) and
the National Union of Air Transport
Employees (NUATE) had last week,
petitioned the head of service of the
federation calling for the sack of two
directors in the FAAN – the directors
of finance and commercial.
In a letter dated April 27, 2015,
which was signed by the director of
Human Resources, A. A. Tsafe, for
the minister of aviation, Uchendu
was directed to vacate the office until
a due process initiated for his
appointment was concluded and
formal letter of appointment issued
to him.
“We regretfully inform you that the
letter (his appointment letter) is
hereby withdrawn pending the
conclusion of the necessary due
process on the matter,” the ministry
stated.
The former director was a board
member of the Consumer
Investment Company. On the
accusation against the director of
commercial, it was gathered that a
committee has been set up to
investigate the allegation. The
director of commercial, whose name
the ministry declined to give, was
accused of granting waivers worth N1
billion to two companies without
approval from either the ministry or
FAAN.

Dis could also b d reason 4 d delayed in issuance of d APL...But lets kip hop alive, d APL wil surely b issued....

I doubt it is the reason for the delay. FG just shifted focus to faan recently (according to the news) and they would address all issues of urgent importance (like faan recruitment) before going to other ministry.
P.s that's what I can deduce.

Even while some are awaiting their appointment letters, some are still yet to do their final interviews, NOTE- every recruitment exercise has to be concluded before the issuance of the appointment letters. Pls be mindful of this... Happy waiting
