Being gay means you are SEXUALLY ATTRACTED to someone of same sex.

However, it is important to know that sexual attraction is not the only reason people have sexual relations (sex). A good example is masturbation, people do not masturbate because they are sexually attracted with their hands do they?

That being said, the man could be gay no doubt but it's not enough to conclude that just because he had sex with a boy.
