Just like the case of one vigilante man some years back in ikeduru lga imo, he apprehended one of the robbers waiting for re-enforcement only for the police to arrive and fire him with the criminal, reason was that he wasn't properly dressed and no means of identification, couple with the communication breach. I believe the police man that shot him is an accomplice. He probably staged the robbery incident and decided to kill the guy for ruining his plans.

It's against the law to kill an armed robber except he poses a thread to your life...the normal thing to do would have been to arrest him until his statement is verified.

Our Government is responsible for the kind of police we have, they are poorly treated, under paid, etc..and most of them resort to devious means.

Of course! These men aren't trained atleast it doesn't look so, how can u hand guns to people who haven't undergone any kind of training? Salaries will make them stop handing their guns over to boys to rob people. Pay ur police well, treat em well and they'll probably start acting better
