you don't get it do you!the APC Caucasus in govt spearheaded a series of antigovt campaigns on the premise that there is need for subsidy and hence its inclusion but now the HOUSE PASSED THE BILL WITHOUT QUESTION.so now that the incoming govt is APC led they can include subsidy in their supplementary budget,if it is sincere about its stand on subsidy!
