Buhari didn't lie, security agents probably took the AIT media broadcast personal and acted on their own accord. But the General did what he had to do as soon as he learnt about the development. There's no proof he lied, it's not in his character. He didn't stop them from doing their job while he contested election, he won't donit now that he's president

Sometimes you overreach yourself in your criticism of Buhari. There are many aides around Buhari now, and any of them could in a moment of indiscretion exceed his orders to impress the General. So what is so mind-boggling in Buhari's explanation of events that you now deem it fit to call him a liar! This is hyper-activism!

Having said that, there's no need to wait for decree 2 or its equivalent! It just won't happen.
