I will post more angles soon. It can be 6 flats.

With the traditional method of vehicles parking at the back of each other, the space will park about 12 cars. However, the other method of parking which employs a more flexible and easy negotiation approach(without seeking the consent of your neighbour to "move" his car for you), the space will take 6 cars.

It will fit into a 50ft by 100ft land space.
The parking space will take 4 to 5 cars.
