the strategy am working on is based on draw outcomes in all matches played on each day.

however, we all know that some national/international leagues/competitions may have reached the knockout, quarterfinal, semifinal and even final stage. at the stages, a winner must emerge. even if match ends as a draw, penalties will be played. so the strategy may not really work in this scenerio.
is there any site i can get an immediate list of leagues in the aforementioned stage so i can completely avoid them?

2.Do not bet evryday,there's a higher probability dat u wil lose d bet
3.Bet wit d money u can afford 2 lose
4.Never see dis punting stuff as a means of livelihood,if u do,u wil live ur life in penury.
5.Don't accumulate many games or points.
6.Always believe dat there's no fixed or sure match anyway,everything is abt luck
7.The only sure game is d game dat has been played
8.Don't sell any of ur property 2 play...u will put ursef in a difficult condition
9.Don't rely on soccervista 4 match statistics...it's always deceivin
Heed 2 my advice and u shall cry no more...dats jus d main reasn my games av been comin out green...show me an expert in dis game and I wil show u a millionaire...peace

based on this, i think matches in the knockout, quarterfinal, semifinal and final stages are the best to stake a draw on since they would fight hard not to concede any goal.
