As a born introvert, i decided to join the church work force six months ago to get more used to people and also to work on the shy part of me.
Two of my sisters are in the church choir and they have both gisted me of how the supposed brother and sisters of God use to continually have sex with each other
We are only four girls out of almost 25 guys in my subgroup and to be sincere, all these people are really nice and most times don't bother we girls too much on works to be done.
The problem now is reality is beginning to show itself as some guys in the choir have already started eyeing me, i don't mind them anyway and I guess they must have assumed me to be an easily convinced type of girl just because of the way I smile
One is always trying to get my attention in church while the other will not stop disturbing me on whatsaap
The same me that thought of joining the church choir is already having a rethink of going back to my former self as a bench warmer I seriously cannot be a part of this kind of hypocritical act going on right in the church of God. I told my boyfriend about it and it doesn't seem new or surprising to him, it's like this is now the new trend in churches.
I don't know the kind of Christian we call ourself but having sex with Co workers right in. Church is just not done, in most cases the girls are at the loosing end cos every guy in church will know how that guy slept with you and they will probably wanna get under her skirt too

i still don't understand what is the difference between you and those guys? they are sleeping with girls that are coming to that church and you are sleeping with your boyfriend. all of you have sex without being married! so......... huh

The day I stopped being a church worker was the day the head usher called me aside and asked why I ushered a girl he assumed to be tattered looking to the front seat. According to him,it was not good for the camera because she wore an overused skirt and blouse with slippers to church. This is a church that has recorded lots of new timers but could barely manage to hit 90people in church every sunday because of terrible attitudes toward people as a result of how they look or dress to church. I was amazed and quite sad! Is the church meant for the rich and classy alone? So,people who do not have cool clothes can't sit in front? The church is becoming something else. We preach one thing and act in a different way all together. The next week,I came to church and simply sat down like every other person because,I couldn't deal with such hypocrisy. It didn't take too long before I left the church all together to a place where people are celebrated and not tolerated.

You r most absolutely correct dear. Come to think of it, the choir is not the only service unit u can join to serve God, their are others that's if u truly want to serve God.
Also, ask your sisters since two of them av been their before u, how they av managed it this long, unless themselves flow with the trend. My advice, it pays serving God.

If the pressure gets too much leave the church cause it may seem like u can fight ur way thru but den u realise that there is actually no where u can go to without d help of your fellow Christian brothers and sisters.

God bless you so much. The guys in your group are humans too and just because you are not interested in them does not mean they are bad boyz. Please avoid church gossip about who is sleeping with who. Some of these stories are lies, i know because have been falsly accused by such church gossips. Dont believe everything you hear, keep an open mind. Remember the church is a hospital for sinners not a cathedral for the holier than thou folks.

Don't get me wrong abeg, am not a baby anymore and I know the difference between a guy that has a good intention and the one that basically needs only sex from me just to boost his ego among his peers.
These are guys that have slept with countless of girls in the church choir and other workers, what is the difference between me and these girls that will make this same guys have good intention towards me?
This isn't asking out, it is simply boosting their ego so they can go about and say 'i have slept with the new worker too'
I do have a boyfriend and theere is nothing hypocritical about that.

You are yet to answer the question. If you keep a boyfriend with benefits, you can't claim to be better than those supposed brothers stalking you in the church. You can't come here to claim holier than thou when thou doest same thing. I will begin to believe you only if you where a truly born again which you are not. Next time you join working team, focus on God whom you came to serve not single brothers who may simply be admiring.

Why are you on her case? Why are you just assuming she is having sex with her boyfriend. She may be involved in a 'sexless' relationship. Just because she didn't give you a 'no' reply does not mean she is engaging in sex. She is an adult after all and she does not have to give you a reply - you ain't her father!

The reason I do not go to church is because I believe the church is for sinners who seek repentance. I am not a sinner, so I can not go to church. Have you seen a very healthy man going to stay in hospital ? No, only a mad man can do that. And so are many Christians.

Read ur bible very well nd ur guess would be as good as mine. Ur comparism with d hospital is just off point. Now, lemme ask u, do ve jst sick people in d hospital? Dont u ve doctors, nurses nd others working tohether to help d sick...somehow for pple trying too hard to turn d scripture upside down for their own selfish reasons.
