Get some little info about customs, civil defence, prisons, know who the minister of internal affairs is, ... Especially, the names of their bosses and when they were formed. you will try ni... sha make sure the printout looks authentic (colored printing)... and give them as if its the real deal...if dem come ask may u explain... sebi na on top A4 paper the medical report dy sef....wat is the diff...except u did nt scan it perfectly

If its possible,I would advise you to go get a new one,explain to them at the hospital you lost the original,go with your former printout. Its safer that way,cos it would be painful if you were disqualified just because of that. If its not possible,go with your printout to your interview with explanations,pray for favour...

Go and apply for new one, don't risk it. Be on the safer side. We had similar problem, what i did was to get another medical certificate, and printed the one i submitted. Remain blessed
