The person has rare administrative skills that differentiates from the others like Ngwa... etc.I guess the motivation is in-born. I have followed him closely and can attest to the performance when online.

Lalasticlala must be an European if not Asian (Indian) with good comprehension knowledge. Imagine another fellow Justwise in the travel section, these guys are good and am sure they don't come cheap.

One thing is to have the guide or codebook or instruction to administer. Another is to have those skillsets that allows discretion, motivation and success to happen. Lalasticlala must be a Pastor (man of God). I have noticed that activities on weekends in particular Sunday is always low.
