Waste of time and energy! They all look jobless and idle! If we can't obey rules in Nigeria, we must obey the rules in other countries as they don't joke with their rules.

STOP PEDDLING DRUGS. Think and work like other honourable Nigerians in diaspora.
Re: Protest In Lagos Over The Execution Of Nigerians In Indonesia by forreelinc(m): 3:20pm On May 06, 2015
The energy and time they are using to protest shouldn't they dedicate it to discouraging other youths from drug trafficking?

Why are nigerians always like this?

-the energy we are using to protest against xenophobia why aren't we channeling it into developing our country so that our brothers out there will come back?
-why are we giving our money to churches and prayers to community development service instead of the other way around?
-why are we praying for buhari/jonathan to fail on his promises when its an opportunity to sell our ideas and hopefully make something for ourselves?
- why do we spend all day criticizing government instead of using their sloppiness to our advantage?

*Smh*
Why are nigerians never thinking out of their sandbox?
Why? Why?

Well said!

Maranzano:
People should stop deceiving themselves trying to rewrite the constitution of another country. The Government of Indonesia has it as their law that the penalty for drug trafficking is death and they have been implementing it. When my brother was traveling to Indonesia for his business, that was the first thing he was told by the embassy officials. It is clearly written in their dossier for visa. Countries like Australia, Brazil and France also tried to negotiate for their nationals but Indonesia was not moved. I think the demonstration should rather focus on creating awareness among intending travelers on the drug laws of some Asian and Middle East countries that still execute drug offenders instead of blaming the government for non intervention .Let it be known, these guys d no fear any face when it comes to drug offenses especially in Indonesia.

For sending the message that not a single Nigerian life is worth wasting by the miscarriage of justice by any foreign nation.

How can you genuinely blame Indonesia? How can forgiving the folks on deathrow deter other Nigerians from doing same?
It's unfortunate those guys ended up like that, but don't forget THEY HAD A CHOICE.
Truth is, unless they were setup, they knowingly carried the narcs, knew the penalty of being caught, and THEY CHOSE TO RISK IT. Leave them with their fate

we don't have a government in Nigeria ...we practice BUSINESSCRACY thanks to the party called PDP ( poverty development party ) ...
but you cannot blamed them for the Nigerian drug traffickers , its clearly stated that INDONESIA do not tolerate drug traffickers and anybody caught will be executed , this is not a new law in Indonesia ..I don't understand why drug traffickers have not avoided this route ...this Nigerian drug traffickers must be suicidal or simply mad or logically stupid or ignorant .. am sorry , I cannot think of any other reason ..if you know any reason let me know

its not a tribal thing but a nigerian thing ok take 4 example 70% of yoruba boys in england, america, and all other western countries clone credit cards 4 a living. That i have seen. Stealing peoples identity and rubing them off thier hard earned cash.
This is not an excuse for for comitting suicide.
Don't you think the people involved in credit card fraud are way sensible than those risking their lives to traffic drugs to Asia being fully aware of the penalty involved?.

This is a wake up call for Nigeria government to start treating the citizens as human being. Life is too cheap in Nigeria. Whatelse will you expect from outside? I'm surprised that we still have our Ambassador seating in that Country, doing what?

While not condoning crime of whatever class as it may be, nobody has the right to take the life he cannot create.

If Indonesia felt that they have the right to make draconian laws, then they should be ready to exist in isolation.

A Nigerian remains a Nigerian. Crime or no crime, alife or dead and it is the responsibility of Nigeria government to ensure for thier well being.

Nigeria Ambassador in Indonesia should be recalled immediately.

The protest is good but this diaspora organization should do more to ensure Nigerians in diaspora do not engage in criminal activities.
Re: Protest In Lagos Over The Execution Of Nigerians In Indonesia by TheFilmmaker: 4:12pm On May 06, 2015
Foolish Nigerians will never cease to display their foolishery worldwide.

Indonesia has her own laws against drugs then they realized they had to upgrade to outright onslaught of the offenders.

To prove how stubborn and crazy Nierians are, they still waved over the threats and visited the country with drugs and unfortunately got busted.

Now the Indoesians are killing them as it is in their law and these crazy people are protesting.

Don't you guys have an iota of common sense?

When your politicians rob you of your basic human rights in broad daylight, and plunder your treasury (just as against the law here in Nigeria) you fuckers will scream like 10 million souls from hell, but if one of them is your family, you'd waiver it like 'Na dem sabi'

Foolish people.

How crazy and hypocritical can these 200M mumus be?

A taya o, seriously.

I think you are one of the biggest problem we have in Nigeria, is it about the Igbos or drug trafficking? May your god help you mtcheew
Ralphlauren:
Bunch of jokers !!!!

Australia's government did everything diplomatically possible (the Prime Minister also spoke out) and yet its citizens were executed.

Indonesia benefited from financial and military aid from Australia in the past, yet they refused to yield to all the call for clemency from the Australian government.

Every country has its own laws. Indonesia's stand is simple - Get caught with drugs and you will be executed. simples !!!

They should take their campaign to the East and warn Ibo guys on the dangers of drug tracking. The monetary returns are HUGE for such dangerous countries and this is the reason why Ibos will keep trying.

If I talk now. GeneralBuhari and co will say I should condemn the indonesians and not blame my fellow black men. Like I always say. When you use your best shirt to clean your shoes in presence of a visitor he will not think twice before using it to clean his own shoes too. We are treated just like our leaders treat us.

Every day at the Murtala Muhammed Inter airport young boys and girls are caught with drugs hidden on their bodies/luggage and put in leg irons and taken to the NDLEA office yet the flood does not stop.
Our government needs to enlighten these kids on the danger and implications of trafficking in drugs.
Drugs kill those addicted to it.
Drugs ruin the social fabric of the society.
Trafficking in drugs could cost you (the trafficker) your life through execution.
