Even IBB obeyed traffic rule as a military president when he visited Jos as far back as 1992.

Am not very sure Murtala was on an armored plus heavy details when they got him. If this will make councillors obey traffic rules with their hungry looking mobile policemen so be it.

Sai Baba. Buhari's discipline in play. This is a thing the outgoing President doesn't do. Once he leaves the airport and gets to the City Gate, he doesn't stop irrespective of whether the traffic light shows red. Last time one of his outriders died.
