It depends on the type of company you are registering:
For a Limited Liability Company; the following documents/details will be needed:

1. Valid Ids of all directors.
2. Full names of all directors as it appears on the valid Ids.
3. Residential addresses of all directors.
4. Address of the company being incorporated.
5. Email addresses of all directors.
6. Phone numbers of all directors.
7. Share Capital Amount.
8. Share allocation for each director.

Please bear in mind that CAC Forms 2, 2.1, 3, 4 & 7 will be duly filled/signed and the Memart of the Company also prepared and signed too. These forms are part of the charge.
Name Availability Search takes at least one week or less, Stamp duties will take a week or less and finally, after every document is submitted to CAC, the certificate and sundry forms will be out in 2 weeks or even less. So let's put the duration at 4 weeks or a little less.

For a Business name: The following details/ documents will be needed:
1. Valid Ids of all partners.
2. Full names of all partners as it appears on the valid Ids.
3. Residential addresses of all partners.
4. Address of the company being incorporated.
5. Email addresses of all partners.
6. Phone numbers of all partners.
7. Occupation and Nationality of the partners.

The process can be done in one day and then the documents will be submitted to CAC. The Certificate is expected to be out in 2 weeks or less. Please bear in mind that all the partners will be available to depose to an oath before the Commissioner of Oaths.

Limited Liability : N68,000 for a One Million Share Capital or less.
