Is anyone using fcmb mobile app especially the top up for call credit? Do you have my kind of experience? I have made several payments and got debuted without the money reflecting. I paid for GOtv and recharged my phone without seeing the money reflecting for the purpose. Lodged several complaints without remedy.
My question is, if a particular software is not working proparly , why use it to continue deceiving customers? How much can we suffer in this country? @ moderator, I beg you in the name of God, do not tamper with this thread if possible give it a front page and He will bless you.
