I am 6ft1, and weigh about 66kg or thereabout (it fluctuates). For my height, I am really skinny. Girls complain a lot, and I personally just don't like how I am (physically) right now. There have been times (about three different periods) when I gained a considerable amount of weight, more muscles than fat, and I want to do it again.

So, I am working on gaining 8kg in the next 21 days; that would put me at 74kg. I am not going to talk about how I am going to do it, because I know some naysayers will come out the woodwork. I am just going to be posting updates everyday, or every three days. I'll post a pic of me standing on a weight, indicating my weight.

After the 21 days, I'll talk about how I was able to pull it off. Here we go!!!

lol! I was just joking with my friend here that he should dash me small of his fat. lol! I wish that were possible...It would save me a lot of stress. But as they say- no pain, no gain.

Ok, I hate junk food...so it is "pain" going thru that route to getting fat.
