Please lets enlighten ourselves. There is this belive that you can only make it when you work for someone. Rather hthan ben your own boss.
So i begin to wonder a well paid job and doing business, which one would you prefer?
As for me i prefer business thoug it takes time to grow.
lets gist white collar jobs or blue collar jobs which is your take. for those of us on the fence we can learn from this.

This depends solely on a person's inclinations and goals. Some people are cut out for business while Some like to build a career and invest by the side.

None is necessarily better than the other
