So i begin to wonder a well paid job and doing business, which one would you prefer?
As for me i prefer business thoug it takes time to grow.

This depends solely on a person's inclinations and goals. Some people are cut out for business while Some like to build a career and invest by the side.

None is necessarily better than the other
