As far as banks keep hiring contract staff, they will keep having this kind of cases. You employ these young men and women and pay them pinut while you keep paying regular staff huge sum. There must be fraud in the industry. |

wakacome:This is the resultant effect of slavery "outsourcing" which banks have embarked upon in this era. Imagine, you wake up as early as 4 o'clock every morning just to come back around 10 O'clock and you cannot boast of N70k per month, while others in the same banks are collecting time 3 or 4 of your salary - cheap labour everywhere. This is just a beginning, they have not seeing anything yet, honestly. |

Truflame:Ecobank and keystone bank too. Especially ecobank, na thieves dey work for that bank o. They played ping pong with my 2k on two occasions when I used the atm. I received up to 5 contradicting bank alerts within 6 mins before they finally removed the money. I jus dey laugh. Another time, I used my ecobank atm at a keystone bank atm engine, I didn't get the cash but they debited my account. I reported to the bank and they were just talking nonsense, I no gree o. I made sure I got my money cos it was a huge sum. The way ecobank debits my account of some small small money eh, its getting too much and am not even aware of it until I want to make an Atm transaction and I see my balance. Sometimes I feel like beating every ecobank staff I see. And as much as I would like to open an account with another bank, I don't know which. |

GTB is the mastercraft of fraud. Those guys deduct money for virtually everything! I must say I regret banking with GTB, if not for the nature of my biz, I wouldn't have dabbled into their banking pattern. From monthly service charge to quarterly charge, maintenance fee, etc, on ordinary savings acct?! A times I wonder why people hype that bank; I've learnt never to follow the crowd again! Never again will I follow the pathway of crowd. These useless fees do not exist in UBA. In my own understanding, UBA remains the most honest bank in Nigeria. |

,so you decided to go and report to the bank, they told you "oh sir the amount on your account is 2879680",you replied "but before i deposited 400000 to the account my balance was 2510680 they try and convince you that the employee that checked the balance for you before you made the last deposit might have made an error by giving you the wrong figure,if you fall for the "so called explanation"more than 30k don go just like that, but you decided to disagree with the bank and you even stylishly "threatened them"guess what??by the end of the month, you receive the end month balance and guess what you saw??2910680....so how did the account balance suddenly returned to 2910680
or it is no longer an error like the bank employee said??yeye dey smell.....
the banking industry is a scam. Beware of firstbank, UBA...
