It is real. I was able to answer the question. The answer to the question is option A. What I did was around 9:45am I logged in waited for the time on their page to read. It kept reading until it got to 10am,immediately I refreshed the page and they brought out the question,I answered it and then another page where I started the registration process. It takes patience.
