Y not, after marriage u guys r now one, u can do whatever u like to please each other sexually. Abi, is d bible goin to teach us how to ve sex again.

How decent is it? What form of pleasure is derived therefrom? And how hygienic is it?

There are organs meant for that and if will explore others, don't ask questions for even our tradition and custom frowns at it.

Whatever couples decide to do sexually within the confines of their marriage as long as there is mutual consent is alright.
The bible does not have defined restrictions on what couples can or cannot do sexually.

People do irrelevant things in name of satisfaction. The Anatomy of the body shows the right match for each of the organ in opposite sex. If d mouth is designed for sex, will it be located at the upper body part? If mouth action is anoda sex style, why don't people get pregnant from mouth action? Ideally, are you supposed to put what excretes body waste in ur mouth? Go and read some of the reasons God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah (Sodomy is one of them)
