Verifying your Facebook page is pretty simple. If you run a corporate social media account for a brand or organization, you might want to verify it so your fans and potential customers will know they are interacting with the genuine brand representative. The same also goes for celebrities and public figures.
Now here is how you get verified on Facebook.
According to the Facebook Help page, you will be required to submit a few documents to ascertain if you are the genuine individual, celebrity or brand representative. Then you will request a verified badge.

Twitter verification on it's own part is a little tricky and i will be sharing that on soon.


Also watch out for posts on how to get hired as a social media representative for big brands and multinationals.

I believe this is simple if you can use your real identity.

When will Nairaland have users receive alert when their names are mentioned in a post they are not following?
