Nothing yet on nscdc. Just speculations and comtemplations. But for ffs, be sure replacement is going on but only if u can be connected to a high ranking deeper life member. Their CG is a deeper life member and they are fixing majorly members from the church. I have a star officer who got her apl last 3months. She refused saying how she got it. For nw only ffs.

I was still expecting Replacement List from NSCDC till today, But I was opportune to meet wit a state commandant of NSCDC dis evening He is Related to my frnd, he said wat NSCDC is doing now is to Balance their excess Account Balance wit Mass promotion of officers, He said no more Replacement. He said there will be open Recruitment when the new Govt Resume office

My first comment since 2012 that ve been following this thread: I can categorically tell u that there is no replacement going on in NSCDC presently. They will conduct an open recruitment like NIS... Confirmed.
