Akpabio should be blamed for the deaths of all the people that died in the past 6yrs which this belated hospital could have saved if it was completed in time 6yrs ago. it was supposed to be built under 2yrs it took him 8yrs to deliver.

In terms of performance and growth Akwa Ibom has out performed and grown at a higher rate than any Nigerian state as at 1999 lagos was already built while Uyo was still a village town but today both Uyo has better non federal roads, bridges, stadiums, airports, hospitals and schools than lagos
