Section 2 - War Against Corruption & National Orientation.

APC in Government shall muster the political will to wage strident War against Corruption; otherwise our post-oil-economy will be disastrous. It is our considered view that none of our cardinal programs will succeed if the current level of corruption and looting going on in the land is allowed to continue.

●We shall strengthen and make independent the EFCC, ICPC and other Anti-graft agencies and repeal the laws which inhibit their independence.

●We shall embark on public sensitization campaign and civic education against corruption in schools and town halls.

●Shall encourage Civil Society Organizations, Advocacy groups and Whistle-Blowers in the anti-graft vanguard.

●We shall stop the corruption of our electoral process by making the Independent National and State Electoral Commissions (INEC) truly independent.

●We shall establish Special Courts for corruption, after due and thorough review of the penal code.

To actualize this we shall make the appointment of the chairman and top officials of National and State Electoral Commissions Public as enunciated in the Uwais Electoral Reform Report.

But this is exactly what GEJ has been doing.

Many thought Buhari was going to disregard the rule of law and just send people to prison, democracy don't work like that.
So they intend using courts like GEJ, there's no change then.

It seems the APC does not know that election (campaign) is over and that it is time to start working.

By the time Nigerians begin to ask for results, let them not ask for pity.

That Uwais report is indeed key to our electoral reforms. President's should no longer appoint the head of INEC.

I see people that mean business.

The last point really got my attention, special courts should be created to only tackle corruption cases. With the establishment of these special courts, cases of corruption won't linger much, thus the prosecutors and the defendants will know their fate as soon as possible.

If the above and it's objectives are fully achieved corruption would have been fought 50 to 70%. When politicians know voodoo figures are no more possible they won't have any other option than to behave themselves. I would also want beneficiaries of grievous electoral malpractices be prosecuted (persecuted grin) and sent to jail when already proven by competent courts or tribunals.
