Haven't encountered such before bro, but I think it might be an OS related issue. Tag, Malcolm, tziz, and Reaky in your initial question post, like I said they are the real bosses here

I've got a Laptop, I use Glo bis, but I don't know how to get started. Please am a novice but not a dunce . Please help me out. And and...... my BlackBerry world setting doesn't have the second option that will enable me download more than 50mb. I need desperate help from guru in here. Should I scream HELP?

Please house I have a Z30 and I just got it 2weeks, I noticed the phone is usually hot,i dont know if it's cos of network issue or the phone itself even if it's on edge but the 3G is always very hot.... I've noticed my Z10 doesn't heat-up even on 3G with my MTN line, but with Glo in my area, it can heat up to 50! Degree Celsius. Just that legit data is expensive on MTN.

For the update, I don't know what to say, I think it's pretty straight forward, connect to a wifi network and update, you can use your modem on your pc, then put on your pc's hot spot, connect your phone and try if it'll update or go to any place with available wifi network and do it. For the data stuff on BlackBerry World, when you open BlackBerry World, slide down from the top, you'll see settings, when you click on it, you'll see network and data limit.

That's 'cos Glo signal is poor at your neck of the woods...MTN must be tops. It might not be so for some other areas

Urgent help needed here, I downloaded snapchat and it requested for Google play services for it to work properly, I downloaded the Google play service but it has refused to install saying "this app was unable to install " what can I do to make my snapchat work please.

P.S it's a blackberry Z10.

I thought i gave you some tips to solve your camera issues. Its most likely not a hardware issue, so stop wasting money on repairs. I experienced this once, i went the long route and got it solved, which i mentioned too. This is what i did, i downgraded to 10.1, did a wipe and installed 10.2.4, then i let it update OTA to the latest OS at that time, after which camera started working.
Some other tips which reportedly worked for others was to flash a different camera bar file, remove and check the memory card for errors and start camera without the memory card, full security wipe, and doing a hard reset several times.

my z10 is very slow since I update,apparently my free device storage is 10gig...while media card free space is 616mb free,please what could have been the problem.
