shachris:If u tink dat de mere fact dat america is honoring ur inauguration makes u great den u re totally bereft knowledge of international politics. America is only interested in Nigeria because it sees it as a potential regional super power it cn use to exact its will on Africa and africans. |

JingoOAU:Secretary of State is a very important post under the American system of democracy. The post is even held higher than the Vee Pee's position in America. That is why Hilary Clinton prefered to be Secretary of State than VP.Secretary of State refers to the minister of Foreign affairs.Pls note that |

Largas:Why are you so sad about the incompetency of your president, if we decided not to sell our products for a particular country because we think it might get into wrong hands, doesn't make our country the enemy of progress. It's going to make the country grow stronger and make all other avenue available to them to standtall on their own. You will wake up tomorrow and called Nigeria an independent Nation whereas you will still be the same person crying over another country resources. |

JingoOAU: aminho:Do you know that the Secretary of State is fourth in line of succession to the presidency of United States while neither the sgf nor minister of foreign affairs are in line to succeed the president in nigeria. The Secretary of State is number one 'minister' in the U.S. and in diplomatic relation, it shows that the U.S. has scaled up the level of its relation with Nigeria for it to send such powerful delegation to attend a 'routine' four-yearly inauguration. |

ayusco85:Personally, I don't give a damn about America, but I really don't get why you guys always want Obama to come to Nigeria. What would it do for Nigeria? If he likes let him come, if he likes let him not come, he's just another president of America. God Bless Nigeria. |

Buhari should not allow America sink their claws into Nigeria, They are only interested in oil. We can trade and have diplomatic relationships with them but they should not influence our policies. They have military camps everywhere, make dem no turn Nigeria into a satellite state like the Chinese are trying to do. |

The sooner we realise that America is a deadly enemy currently behind a secret genocide occurring in the North East, the better. In the mere fact that America seems heavily involved in our affairs should be cause for concern. When you realise that every developing country that America becomes involved in is destroyed. |

JingoOAU:Come personally to do what? Kerry is the chief diplomat of the US. How many Inauguration has Obama attended since he became president? |

JingoOAU:I totally agree with you, African countries shouldn't lean on the western world in a way that makes us inferior. That said the United States Secretary of State is a high ranking government official. He is fourth in the Presidential line of succession, meaning after the President, there are only 3 people before him. I also agree with amino's comment he's just more powerful than the way he described him. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Secretary_of_State http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_line_of_succession |

JingoOAU:A typical Nigerian, a big ego and nothing to show for it, Nigeria is not even part of the top five countries in Africa right now. I'm sure you won't even understand. |
| Re: John Kerry To Attend Buhari's Inauguration, Leads US Presidential Delegation by Nobody: 1:23pm On May 19, 2015 |
mistabiola:look at a Nigerian referring to American products as OUR products. Inferiority complex. Thief ![]() Now the US sell weapons to Israel. Has this helped Israel in terms of science and technology and defence or not? The answer is yes it has. So why not extend the same hand to Nigeria? |

mathskill:Mr Sabinus, SGF is higher than Minister of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria. Why not send Joe Biden the Vice President if Obama will not attend? |
| Re: John Kerry To Attend Buhari's Inauguration, Leads US Presidential Delegation by Guyman02: 4:55pm On May 19, 2015 |
Kunlecelica:Sharrap there and stop posting wrong information. The VP is elected with the president and is No 2 while the President appoints the Sec of State as a minister responsible for foreign affairs. |
