Goodmorning everyone,i think we are now reaping the fruits of keeping the thread alive but we don need to do more. Whenever we show up here talking about having the visa it will be helpful if we can share our experiences so that others can learn from it. Kudos to the gurus and those e-freinds,to those who just pop up from the ghost-mode i think it will do this thread a lot of good if you share your transcript(that is how the visa interview went) and other documents presented. Thanks |

This thread has been good to inform the Mexican and USA officials (who check it) The type of scams and stories that Nigerians will try to gain entry. Every post here about crossing the border or trying gay assylum has been placed on there computer database. |

@worry357,thanks. I think this thread should be more of legal enlightenment like i pointed out earlier, those who had gotten the visa should share their experiences and transcript to help those planning for theirs. The flaws about the crossing ishh can easily be found through google,if you wana ask questions as per that pm those who are on ground there(i mean in mexico) let's not defeat the objective of this thread. Biko,God bless all of us. |

Crossing from one country to another illegally by land is easier said than done . Many ppl are stranded in many countries in europe and asia all because they were made to believe it is easy to just cross into countries . If u know u don't have anything tangible and worthwhile doing abroad or in another country ,it is better u stay in naija and use the 800k u will spend on mexico journey to setup urself in nigeria. Ppls lives are wasting abroad because what they met on ground isn't what they were told. 2 Likes |

onatisi: [b]A big thing to remember with the Mexico route is how many people end up dead! Many just die because of the conditions. But very many are murdered to death either by gangs or fellow travelers. Also any Nigerian will be one black face amongst many Mexicans. Who do you think will stand out to be murdered? 1 Like |

I don't get it. Why would a black man want to risk his life, in trying to illegally cross the border into the U.S. Given the drug cartel war that's going on along those borders 1 Like |

worry357: ololo12:I also taya for our ppl oooo. How persin go spend close to a million just to go and put his life in danger, when nobody dey chase u for una country? The same way many nigerians have died in the desert to libya ,many on the seas to italy and gabon .whereas their ppl at home are thinking they are still alive and that they will return home in future . |

All I know is a Nigerian crossing illegally to the US is on a suicide mission, you get caught by the USCBP and you get your judgement instantly. If the Mexicans or other South American citizens crossing illegally get caught, they might be arrested for return or deportation. But a black man, a Nigerian for that matter.... ▶ Undocumented Mexican immigrants walk through the Sonoran Desert after illegally crossing the U .S .- Mexico border . (John Moore / GETTY IMAGES ) ▶ There are over 3000 discarded back packs in this layup area along with countless water containers, food wrappers, clothing, and soiled baby diapers. ▶ U.S. Border Patrol agents guard a group of Mexicanimmigrants caught after they crossed into the United States on March 6, 2013 near Walker Canyon, Arizona. my people, i am not advising anybody to go for illegal crossing. But illegal crossing have many root in Mexico. most of my friend cross to US and return every 2 weeks. that train track is from Guatemala and it pass through Tabasco to Texas. Thousands of south Americans troop in to US everyday. Mexico is a very beautiful country to live in. 2 Likes |

My advice to anyone wishing to travel to anywhere in the world is ,outside nigeria is a different ball game entirely, where the word mercy doesn't exist especially to and for a blackman . You need skills and training to survive and excel not certificates. Don't travel to any country with the assumption that u will go there and be hustling doing menial jobs. Get skills and adequate training in nigeria before spending your money on traveling. There are many ppl in usa ,uk and co who are worse than their peers in nigeria ,many don't even have up to 2000 dollars in their account while their mates in nigeria have at least 500k to 1million but still considers themselves poor due to the misconception that they are in nigeria. Have a detailed workable legal plan before stepping out of naija, never travel for illegal purposes or reason. A friend once travelled to malaysia with the promise of crossing into australia within 1month. He ran back to naija after 2weeks and wasting almost 800k,the same goes for many countries. |
